The structure is based on a metamodel that represents the different digital entities of the Building Blocks and their relationships to each other. Without a structure, it would not be possible to use the Digital System in an orderly manner.

The Processes finally breathe life into the Digital System and show how the Building Blocks and digital entities are productive within the Structure. This includes both overarching and specific approaches and methods.
